Which Part Of Your Life Are You Concerned With? - Considering Eternity

posted 18 Jun 2012, 06:17 by Peter Booth
Just found this video from Francis Chan, talking through an illustration of eternity. This is challenging. Sometimes we can be so caught up and concerned with our lives now and our lives tomorrow, that we lose sight of eternity and what really matters.

A verse that has been continually challenging me over the last few months is this, from Acts 20. Paul is talking, considering the hardships that await him in every city he visits. - He didn't visit cities wanting to know what the hotels were like, but what the jails were like.
"I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I have received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God."
